Ⅰ Composition Structure
The DK1037 single pole solenoid is composed of basic components such as a spool, yoke, fixed core, movable part, magnet, rod, spring, wire, etc.
1037 yoke iron, magnets, and fixed core assembly form the magnetic field transmission section; 1037 spools, enameled wire, wires, etc., make up the magnetic field excitation section; and the 1037 movable components constitute the magnetic field action section.
II Working Principle
In the absence of power, the 1037 unit maintains the yoke of the electromagnet, magnetizing and conducting the magnetic field under the influence of the magnet, thereby attracting the moving parts; when the product is powered in reverse, the magnetic field generates a magnetic force, which counteracts the magnetic force produced by the magnet, causing the moving parts to be repelled by external force or spring action; it attracts when powered in the forward direction.
