Basic Parameters
The DKD1253 dual holding solenoid products offer dual/single-axis output options. The holding force and stroke can be customized. The product features an internal magnet that maintains a strong hold in the non-powered state, freely holding either end of the product. The extension/retraction function is achieved by reversing the current direction.
Structure and Working Principle
Ⅰ Structural Composition
The DKD1253 dual retention electromagnet is composed of basic components such as the coil, yoke, top cover, fixed parts, moving parts, guide rod, stopper, magnet, wire, etc.
1253 yoke iron, top cover, magnet, and fixed core form the magnetic field transmission section; 1253 spool, enameled wire, wire, etc., constitute the magnetic field excitation section; the movable components of 1253 make up the magnetic field action section.
II Principle of Operation
In the absence of power, the yoke of the 1253 pairs of electromagnets, fixed under the action of the magnet, is magnetized and conducts the magnetic field, thus attracting the moving parts of the mechanism. When the product is supplied with reverse power, the magnetic field excites a magnetic force, which counteracts the magnetic force generated by the magnet. The magnetic force of the coil is greater than the force produced by the magnet, thereby achieving the action of repulsion and attraction.
