The DKD0521 double-retaining solenoid is primarily used in shared charging桩 equipment, electric toys, and various automated devices. This product can remain in place at one end of the product under power-off conditions, and its forward and reverse movements can be achieved by changing the current direction.
Structure and Working Principle
Ⅰ Structural Composition
The DKD0521 double-retaining electromagnet is composed of basic components such as the spool, yoke, top cover, fixing parts, moving parts, guide rod, stopper, magnet, and wire.
0521 yoke, top cover, magnet, and fixed core form the magnetic field transmission section; 0521 spool, enameled wire, wire, etc., make up the magnetic field excitation section; the movable components of 0521 constitute the magnetic field action section.
II Operation Principle
In the absence of power, the yoke of the 0521 dual-coil solenoid, magnetized and conductive under the influence of the magnet, generates a magnetic field on its surface to attract the moving parts. When the product is supplied with reverse voltage, the magnetic field excites a magnetic force that counters the magnetic force produced by the magnet, while the coil's magnetic force is greater than that of the magnet, thus achieving the action of repulsion and attraction.
