The DKD0735 double-retaining solenoid is primarily used in shared equipment and automated machinery. This product features an internal magnet, allowing the product's two ends to be freely retained in the absence of power, with a long stroke and strong holding force.
Structure and Working Principle
Ⅰ Structure Composition
The DKD0735 dual holding electromagnetic magnet is composed of basic components such as the spool, yoke, top cover, fastening, movable parts, guide rod, stopper, magnet, wire, and more.
DKD0735 includes yoke, cover, magnet, and fixed core to form the magnetic field transmission section; the spool, enamel wire, and wires of DKD0735 constitute the magnetic field excitation section; and the movable components of DKD0735 make up the magnetic field action section.
Ⅱ Working Principle
In the absence of power, the yoke of the DKD0735 dual holding electromagnet is magnetized and guided by the magnet, creating a magnetic field on its surface to attract the moving parts. When the product is powered in reverse, the magnetic field generates a magnetic force, which cancels out the magnetic force produced by the magnet. The magnetic force of the coil is greater than that of the magnet, thereby achieving the action of repulsion and attraction.
