Basic Parameters
The DT6035 rotary electromagnetic magnet features a sloped angle structure design, with both the yoke and rear cover equipped with installation threads for easy and customizable mounting dimensions. All parts are precision-machined using CNC technology and include an integrated 0.08mm micro-adjustment piece, boasting high rotation angle accuracy and strong torque.
Structure and Working Principle
Ⅰ Structural Composition
The DT6035 rotary electromagnetic magnet is composed of basic components such as the yoke, front cover, rotating shaft, spool, rotor, positioning block, fixing block, bearing, and spring.
6035 yoke and front cover form the magnetic flux transmission section; 6035 spool, enameled wire, wires, etc. constitute the magnetic field excitation section; the 6035 rotor and shaft make up the magnetic field operation section.
II Working Principle
When power is off, the magnetic field component returns to its initial position under the action of the spring. Upon energizing the magnetic excitation component of the 6035 rotary electromagnetic magnet, the magnetized magnetic field section interacts with the actuating section to create two opposite poles, causing the magnetic actuating section to rotate at a specific angle.
Operating Frequency
| Working Frequency = (Power-On Time / (Power-On Time + Power-Off Time)) * 100 | 100 | 50% | 25% | 10% |
| Continuous Power Supply | Interval power supply | |||
| Power-On Time (seconds) | ∞ | 180 | 15 | 3 |
| Power W (20℃) | 14W | 28W | 56W | 120W |
| Note: With different working voltages and different power factor during operation, the power remains unchanged, but resistance and current will vary. | ||||
