Basic Parameters


The DT5550 Rotating Electromagnet features an inclined angle structure design. Both the yoke and the rear cover come with built-in installation threads, allowing for simple and convenient customization of installation dimensions. All parts are precision-machined using CNC technology, and the built-in 0.08mm micro-adjustment blade ensures high rotation angle accuracy and high torque.


Structure and Working Principle


Ⅰ Structural Composition

The DT5550 Rotating Electromagnet is composed of basic components such as the yoke, front cover, rotating shaft, spool, rotor, positioning block, fixed block, bearing, and spring.


5550 yoke and front cover form the magnetic flux transmission section; 5550 spool, enameled wire, wire, etc., constitute the magnetic field excitation section; the 5550 rotor and shaft make up the magnetic field action section.


II Principle of Operation

During power outages, the magnetic field section returns to its initial position under the influence of the spring. When the magnetic excitation section of the 5550 rotary electromagnetic magnet is energized, two sections with opposite polarities are generated, causing the magnetic field section to rotate at a specific angle.
