Product Description
The device consists of a spark detector, a water jet system (nozzles), a controller, a pressure-increasing water unit, and an audible/visual alarm. Sparks are drawn into the main pipeline with the air flow, at which point the detection system installed on both sides of the pipeline identifies the spark by its infrared characteristics and transmits the spark signal to the controller. The controller analyzes and processes it rapidly (within milliseconds) and promptly initiates the operation of the corresponding high-pressure water jet extinguishing system, while also triggering an audible and visual alarm signal. The high-pressure water, controlled by an electromagnetic valve, ensures quick opening of the nozzles upon system signal activation and extinguishes the spark within a short distance. Its high-speed nozzles cover the entire pipeline cross-section, ensuring that any spark within the pipeline can be quickly atomized by the water. This device extinguishes sparks before they enter the dust treatment equipment, thus preventing fires and explosions, effectively safeguarding the safe operation of the dust removal system.
Product Features
Spark detector probes quickly and effectively capture sparks by utilizing highly sensitive infrared sensors, emitting signals to intercept them instantly.
When the sensor detects a spark, the system automatically triggers an audible and visual alarm, and promptly activates the high-voltage extinguishing device to extinguish the spark. The electromagnetic valve for high-pressure water ensures that the nozzle can open quickly after the system signal is emitted, extinguishing the spark within a short distance upon detection. Its high-speed nozzle can cover the entire pipe cross-section, ensuring that any spark inside the pipe can be extinguished by the high-speed atomized water.
The boost water unit is designed to ensure there is sufficient water volume and pressure to extinguish sparks promptly, allowing the water spray extinguishing operation to run normally.
The controller receives signals from various probes and activates the extinguishing devices in the corresponding areas to perform extinguishing operations.
