Explosion-proof valve assembly
Equipment and facilities with dust explosion hazards that are interconnected through pipelines should be equipped with explosion-proof devices. In the event of a dust explosion, the explosion-proof valve is a passive dust explosion isolation valve that has obtained CE and EX explosion-proof certifications. It can effectively prevent the spread of the explosion, protect adjacent equipment or workshops upstream, and avoid causing secondary or multiple explosions.
Explosion Relief Device
In the event of a dust explosion in a dust collector or dust collector, the high temperature and high-pressure combustion products and unburned material from the explosion can be vented through an explosion relief device in a safe direction, preventing damage to the dust collector.
Flameless Venting Device
When equipment is installed indoors, the free release of explosive flames and shockwaves can cause secondary explosions, resulting in greater losses. Flameless emission devices are designed to protect personnel and equipment from the destructive effects of dust explosions. In the event of a dust explosion, the flames produced by the explosion are extinguished by the flame extinguishing device of the unit, and the pressure waves generated by the explosion are discharged.
