Product Introduction
A wet dust collector is a device that removes dust by the interaction of water or other liquids with dusty gases. When dust particles encounter the sprayed water droplets, water film, or moistened arms and devices, processes such as wetting, coalescence, and diffused sedimentation occur, thereby separating from the gas and achieving the purpose of purifying the air. As it uses water as a medium, the wet dust collector is suitable for non-fibrous dusty gases that can withstand cold temperatures and do not react chemically with water, but it is not suitable for removing sticky dust. The wet dust collector offers advantages such as low investment, simple operation, small land occupation, and the ability to simultaneously purify harmful gases, cool and humidify dusty gases. It is particularly suitable for treating gases with high temperature, humidity, and explosive hazards. However, due to the use of water for purification, sludge wastewater must be treated; otherwise, secondary pollution may occur.
Product Features
Wet scrubbers effectively remove particles, liquid or solid, with diameters ranging from 0.1 to 20 mm from the air stream.
Low equipment investment, simple structure, high dust removal efficiency, minimal moving spare parts, easy operation and maintenance, and small land occupation.
Capable of purifying harmful gases, cooling and humidifying smoke simultaneously, particularly suitable for handling gases that are high-temperature, high-humidity, flammable, explosive, and hazardous.
Effectively prevents secondary dust dispersion during operation.
