Product Description
A wet dust collector is a device that removes dust by utilizing the interaction between water or other liquids and dusty gases. When dust particles encounter the spray of water droplets, water film, or moistened arms/equipment, processes such as wetting, coalescence, and diffusion sedimentation occur, thereby separating from the gas and achieving the purpose of purifying the gas. As it uses water as a medium, wet dust collectors are suitable for non-fibrous, cold-resistant dusty gases that do not react chemically with water; they are not suitable for removing sticky dust. Wet dust collectors offer advantages such as low investment, simple operation, small land area, and the ability to simultaneously purify harmful gases, cool and humidify dusty gases. They are particularly suitable for treating high-temperature, high-humidity gases with explosive hazards. However, due to the use of water as the purification agent, sludge wastewater must be processed, otherwise, it may lead to secondary pollution.
Product Features
Wet scrubbers effectively remove particles, liquid or solid, with diameters ranging from 0.1 to 20 mm from the air stream.
Low equipment investment, simple structure, high dust removal efficiency, minimal moving parts on the equipment itself, easy operation and maintenance, and small land area.
Capable of purifying harmful gases, cooling and dampening smoke, and increasing humidity simultaneously, particularly suitable for handling gases that are high-temperature, high-humidity, flammable, explosive, and hazardous.
Effectively prevents secondary dust generation during operation.
