Product Introduction
Dust particles are drawn into the dust chamber through a negative pressure air flow generated by a fan, then filtered and separated into a clean room by filter elements, completing the process under the action of the fan. The dust is trapped on the surface of the filter core. As the trapped dust accumulates on the filter core surface, the pressure difference between the inside and outside of the filter core also continuously increases. When the pressure difference reaches a pre-set value, the solenoid valve controlling the compressed air is opened. Compressed air flows through the pipeline into the reverse-blowing cleaning system, where it is instantaneously sprayed onto the inner surface of the filter core through the cleaning tubes of the cleaning mechanism. This causes the dust particles accumulated on the filter core to be dislodged by the high-pressure air flow and fall off, cleaning the entire surface of the filter core. The purified air is then discharged through the ductwork and out of the fan.
