Product Introduction
Dust particles are drawn into the dust chamber via a negative pressure air flow generated by the fan and then enter the pipeline. After passing through the filter cartridges, they are separated and purified in the clean room, where they are completed with the action of the fan. The dust particles are trapped on the surface of the filter core. As the trapped dust accumulates on the surface, the pressure difference inside and outside the filter core also continuously increases. When the pressure difference reaches a pre-set value, the solenoid valve controlling the compressed air is activated, and the compressed air flows through the pipeline into the back-washing cleaning system. It is instantly sprayed onto the inner surface of the filter core through the cleaning tubes of the cleaning mechanism. This action causes the dust particles accumulated on the filter core to脱离 the surface under the force of the high-pressure air flow and fall off, thus cleaning the entire surface of the filter core. The purified air is then discharged through the ducts and the fan.
