Product Introduction:

Our magnesium alloy production line utilizes alloy billets such as AZ31B, 31D, M50, AZ63, AZ80A, and AZ91D, cast using the latest large-scale semi-continuous casting machines domestically available. We offer diameters ranging from 60mm to 400mm and lengths of up to 6 meters. Through continuous casting and mixed gas protection processes, the products feature high strength, dense internal structure, no shrinkage cavities, no solvent corrosion, no oxide inclusions, smooth surfaces, uniform chemical composition, and dimensions that can be customized to meet customer requirements.

Main applications of extruded magnesium rod anodes:

Suitable for media: high-resistance fresh water and soil. Φ50-Φ320mm extruded anodes offer a high current quality ratio, providing sufficient cathodic current and are suitable for use where a very small anode diameter is required. We can supply high-potential (Mg-Mn) or low-potential (AZ31) extruded anodes, which are typically used in various water heat exchangers and water tanks, or for pre-protection of offshore structures.
