Application Scope

Corrosion protection for pipeline projects involving oil and gas transportation, water supply and drainage in soil mediums, as well as harbor, vessels, and reservoir gate structures in water mediums.

Our magnesium alloy sacrificial anodes are produced using high-quality raw materials, mature production processes, and instrumental inspection to ensure each anode meets national standards.

The product features the following characteristics:

(1) Low in weight, with high chemical reactivity;

(2) More negative potential, with a high drive potential;

(3) High theoretical capacitance, low polarization rate.

(4) Particularly suitable for high resistivity media.

For resistivity greater than 100 Ω•m, it is recommended to use strip-shaped magnesium anodes.

套装Magnesium Alloy Sacrificial Anodes

Sacrificial Anode Kit is a combination assembly designed by our company to meet the high-paced, efficient construction requirements of engineering projects. Building upon the single sacrificial anode, we have added a set of assembled accessories for customer convenience, saving time and effort in construction.

Component Configuration:

One sacrificial anode of any specification, one cable wire, several kilograms of filling material, one cotton cloth bag, and one plastic woven sack make up the set. The composition of the filling material is:

(1) Gypsum Powder: 75%, (2) Expansive Clay: 20%, (3) Anhydrous Sodium Sulfate: 5%

Important Notes:

Avoid collision with steel structures.

(2) When used in soil, it should be buried in low-lying, moist areas; the anode must be placed in a packaging material bag and then buried.

(3) After the anode is placed in the ground bed, the packing material should be soaked with water before backfilling.
