Application Scope

Magnesium ribbon sacrificial anodes are produced using high-purity magnesium and are extruded through a specific process, exhibiting electrochemical properties. Due to its larger surface-to-mass ratio, magnesium ribbon can generate a higher current compared to conventional cast anodes, making it uniquely applicable in cathodic protection projects.
