Zinc Alloy GuardrailThis refers to guardrail products welded from zinc alloy, which is an alloy composed of zinc as the base and other elements added in. Common alloy elements include aluminum, copper, magnesium, cadmium, lead, titanium, and other low-temperature zinc alloys. Zinc alloy has a low melting point, good fluidity, is easy to melt-weld, braze, and undergo plastic processing. It is resistant to corrosion in the atmosphere, and the waste material is convenient for recycling and remelting; however, it has low creep strength and is prone to natural aging that can cause dimensional changes. It is prepared by the melting method and is formed through die casting or pressure processing. It can be divided into cast zinc alloy and wrought zinc alloy according to the manufacturing process. Zinc alloy guardrails, as the name implies, are guardrails made from zinc alloy.
