Integrated Wastewater Treatment Equipment Detailed Description

I. Overview

The entire system consists of nine components, controlled by PLC, enabling automated processing and alleviating the normal treatment during peak and low water flow periods. Features of the integrated wastewater treatment equipment:

1. The entire equipment can be buried underground, occupying no land area; it can also be landscaped above.

High purity level, the entire system generates less sludge.

High level of automation, low energy consumption, easy management, and minimal staff required.

4. Low noise and minimal odor, with minimal impact on the surrounding environment.

II. Process Flow of Integrated Equipment:

III. Process of domestic wastewater treatment and the role of each region:

Wastewater from domestic life is a low-concentration organic wastewater containing nitrogen, phosphorus, oil, impurities, and more. It has good biodegradability and is rich in various nutrients. Additionally, the likelihood of heavy metal ion contamination is relatively low. The pH level is around 6-9, which is approximately neutral in water. Therefore, the A/A/O process can simultaneously remove organic matter. Denitrification through anaerobic digestion, excess phosphorus removal, and other functional denitrification processes are combined with the aerobic pool to accomplish phosphorus removal.

Characteristics of A/A/O process:

1. A combination of anaerobic, anoxic, and aerobic environmental conditions, along with different types of dust microbial populations, effectively removes organic matter and performs nitrogen and phosphorus removal.

2. The denitrification process is straightforward, with a total hydraulic retention time that is less than that of similar other processes.

3. Under alternating anaerobic, anoxic, and aerobic conditions, filamentous bacteria will not proliferate in large quantities, and the SVI is generally less than 100.

Section 4: The Functions of Accessories for Various Equipment:

1. The function of the grille well is to isolate suspended solids and impurities from wastewater to prevent affecting the subsequent treatment of the equipment.

2. The function of the regulating pond: Since the discharge of water for domestic use is not evenly distributed in terms of time, the peak periods for discharge generally occur in the morning, afternoon, and evening. The regulating pond can balance the uneven water supply, ensuring normal operation of the subsequent treatment processes. A water level controller is set up in the pond, allowing for effective automated control.

3. The Function of the Anaerobic Pond: Wastewater enters the anaerobic pond where it is thoroughly mixed with anaerobic bacteria by the action of the agitator. The anaerobic pond can decompose microorganisms and organic matter in the wastewater, producing substances such as CO2 and methane.

4. The role of the Anoxic Pond: The water from the Anaerobic Pond flows into the Anoxic Pond for further decomposition of organic matter, removing ammonia, nitrogen, and phosphorus from the wastewater. The clarified liquid at the top of the Anoxic Pond is then transferred to the Contact Oxidation Pond, while sludge is recirculated through the return pipeline back to the Anaerobic Pond, thereby increasing the concentration and improving the treatment efficiency of the Anaerobic Pond. Once the concentration in the Anaerobic Pond reaches saturation, close the return valve and open the valve leading to the Sludge Concentration Pond, allowing sludge to flow directly into the Sludge Concentration Pond.

5. The function of the Contact Oxidation Tank: After the wastewater from the anaerobic tank flows into the contact oxidation tank and is fully mixed with the oxidizing bacteria (three-dimensional elastic media) in the tank, the wastewater is decomposed into CO2 and H2O. The CO2 in the water is then expelled through the action of the blower. The sludge consists of the dead bodies of the bacteria.

6. The second sedimentation pond allows for a secondary sedimentation of the water in the contact oxidation pond. The clarified water flows into the disinfection pond, while the sludge is pumped to the sludge thickening pond. The water in the disinfection pond is treated with a chlorine dioxide generator and released after meeting standards. The supernatant from the sludge thickening pond, after sedimentation, is returned to the regulating pond via a recycle pipe. The sludge is then pumped to a plate and frame press filter for processing, with the filtered water flowing back to the regulating pond through the recycle pipe.

Five. Application Range of Integrated Wastewater Treatment Equipment

Integrated wastewater treatment equipment is suitable for residential communities, villages, townships, office buildings, shopping malls, hotels, restaurants, schools, highways, railways, factories, mines, and tourist attractions for the treatment and reuse of domestic wastewater and similar small to medium-sized industrial organic wastewater from slaughtering and aquatic product processing. The wastewater treated by this equipment meets the national comprehensive discharge standard for wastewater treatment.
