Integrated Wastewater Treatment Equipment Detailed Description

I. Overview

The entire system consists of nine components, controlled by PLC for automated processing, which also helps in the normal handling during peak and off-peak water flow periods. Features of the integrated wastewater treatment equipment:

1. The entire equipment can be buried underground, occupying no land area; it can also be landscaped on top.

High purification level, the entire system produces less sludge.

High level of automation, low energy consumption, easy management, and minimal staff required for management.

Low noise and minimal odor, with minimal impact on the surrounding environment.

Section 2: Process Flow of Integrated Equipment:

Section 3: Process of domestic wastewater treatment and the role of each region:

Wastewater from household life is a low-concentration organic wastewater containing nitrogen, phosphorus, oil污, impurities, and more. It has good biodegradability and a relatively complete range of nutritional elements. It is also less prone to contamination by heavy metal ions. The pH level is approximately 6-9, which is close to neutral water. Therefore, the A/A/O process can simultaneously remove organic matter. The denitrification in anaerobic digestion, excess phosphorus removal, and other functional denitrification are combined with the aerobic pool to achieve phosphorus removal.

Characteristics of A/A/O process:

1. A combination of anaerobic, anoxic, and aerobic environmental conditions with different dust microbial populations, offering the functionality of organic matter removal, nitrogen and phosphorus removal.

2. The denitrification process is straightforward, with a total hydraulic retention time that is shorter than that of similar other processes.

Under alternating anaerobic, anoxic, and aerobic operation conditions, filamentous bacteria will not proliferate in large quantities, and the SVI is generally less than 100.

IV. The Functions of Accessories for Each Equipment:

1. The grate well serves to isolate suspended solids and impurities from wastewater, to prevent affecting the subsequent treatment of the equipment.

2. The role of the regulating pond: As the water used for daily life is not uniformly discharged in terms of time, the discharge periods are basically fixed during the morning, afternoon, and evening, with these three time periods being peak times. The regulating pond can adjust the uneven supply of water, ensuring that subsequent treatment processes can run normally. A water level controller is set up in this pond, thereby effectively implementing automated control.

3. Anaerobic Pond Function: Sewage flows into the anaerobic pond where it is thoroughly mixed with anaerobic bacteria by the action of a mixer. The anaerobic pond decomposes microorganisms and organic matter in the sewage, producing substances like CO2 and methane.

4. The function of the Anoxic Pond: The water from the Anaerobic Pond flows into the Anoxic Pond for further decomposition of organic matter, removing ammonia, nitrogen, and phosphorus from the wastewater. The clarified liquid on the upper layer of the Anoxic Pond is then transferred to the Contact Oxidation Pond, while sludge is returned through the recycle pipe to the Anaerobic Pond, thereby increasing the concentration in the Anaerobic Pond and enhancing its treatment efficiency. Once the concentration in the Anaerobic Pond reaches saturation, close the recycle valve and open the valve leading to the Sludge Concentration Pond, allowing sludge to flow directly into the Sludge Concentration Pond.

5. The Function of the Contact Oxidation Tank: When the wastewater from the anaerobic tank flows into the contact oxidation tank and thoroughly contacts with the oxidation bacteria (three-dimensional elastic media) in the tank, the wastewater is decomposed into CO2 and H2O. The CO2 in the water is then expelled with the help of blowers. The sludge consists of the remains of dead bacteria.

6. The second sedimentation tank allows for a secondary sedimentation of the water in the contact oxidation tank. The clarified water flows into the disinfection tank, while sludge is pumped to the sludge thickening tank. The water in the disinfection tank is treated by the chlorine dioxide generator and released upon meeting standards. The supernatant of the sludge thickening tank, after sedimentation, is returned to the regulating tank via the return pipe. The sludge is then pumped to a plate and frame press filter for treatment, with the filtered water flowing back to the regulating tank via the return pipe.

Five. Application Scope of Integrated Sewage Treatment Equipment

Integrated wastewater treatment equipment is suitable for residential communities, villages, townships, office buildings, shopping malls, hotels, restaurants, schools, highways, railways, factories, mines, and tourist attractions for the treatment and reuse of domestic wastewater and similar small and medium-scale industrial organic wastewater from slaughtering and aquatic product processing. The wastewater treated by this equipment meets the national comprehensive discharge standards for wastewater treatment.
