





Moisture analyzers can quickly measure moisture levels and are frequently used in production and testing processes across various industries such as plastics, metallurgy, mining, coal, building materials, chemicals, food, grain, feed, seeds, tea, agriculture, forestry, papermaking, rubber, and textiles. What are the common malfunctions encountered during the use of a moisture analyzer, and how can they be resolved?
One, Measure Open Circuit
When measuring an open circuit, the Measurement Condition Display and Electrolysis Condition Display will show large, and the LED Digital Display will count, causing an excess of iodine in the anode chamber electrolyte, resulting in a darker color. At this point, check the following conditions:
Check if the plug and socket are making good contact.
2. Check if the electrode lead is open circuit and if the plug焊接 is sound.
Electrolytic Open Circuit
When the electrolysis is open circuit, the measurement condition indicator shows, the electrolysis condition indicator only illuminates two green lights, the "LED" digital indicator does not count. At this time, the following situations should be checked:
1. Ensure good contact for electrolytic plugs and sockets.
2. Check if the electrolytic lead on the cathode chamber is open circuit, and if the plug焊接 is sound (when resoldering the plug, be careful not to solder the positive and negative poles incorrectly).
3. Is the welding point of the platinum wire for cathode and anode open circuit?
Section 3: Short Circuit Measurement
When measuring a short circuit, both the measurement and electrolysis condition displays show no indication, and the LED digital display does not count. At this point, you should check the following situations:
Check if the plug or socket is short-circuited.
2. Check if the two spheres at the electrode ends are touching each other or if there's an internal short circuit.
3. Check for leakage in the measuring electrode, using a trace water analyzer. In case of leakage, even if the electrolysis time exceeds half an hour, the instrument cannot reach the endpoint (this does not indicate an electrolyte issue; replace the measuring electrode instead).
