Concentration Analysis - Sulfuric Acid Concentration
In the LV gas drying process, the LV gas must be dehydrated before further treatment, as its corrosiveness increases when the water content exceeds 30 ppm. During drying, the LV gas enters the absorption tower and absorbs its moisture through high-concentration sulfuric acid (80 - 99 wt% H2SO4).
The efficiency of this drying process significantly impacts the production rate and quality of the gas. This is why the measurement of H2SO4 concentration is particularly crucial.

Chlorine concentration measurement
Chlorine is a critical raw material for producing chemicals, disinfectants, bleaches, and pesticides. However, manually sampling and measuring its concentration from pipelines is extremely dangerous. The measurable concentration range for gaseous halogen substances is in percentage levels, while the liquid phase halogen substances can be measured down to a few ppm. To meet the on-site measurement conditions for these halogen substances, analyzers that can withstand high temperatures and pressures, and comply with ATEX or FM explosion-proof standards, can be provided to the customers.
