Deaerator

This is a heat and mass transfer method that integrates the three conventional heat transfer methods—jet, rotating film, and suspended bubble flow—into one, offering high efficiency. The new swirl-jet film tube possesses great resolution capabilities, causing the liquid film to strongly rotate along the tube wall, drawing in a large amount of steam to enhance heat exchange and mass transfer. It modifies the opposing bubble flow to suspended bubble flow, increasing steam velocity and preventing splashing (flying droplets) while maintaining the gas channel; it consolidates the three separate heat and mass transfer devices into one, completing the process within a single unit component. Due to its high efficiency and unique functions, it has surpassed the technical performance of existing oxygen removal devices.
