Closed-loop composite flow cooling towers, named for the composite direction of the cooling air flow and the spray water direction. They feature both the top of the composite flow closed-loop cooling tower flowing in the same direction as the spray water and the 90-degree cross-exchange of heat with the spray water in the packing layer.
Its common structures include two types: 1. Single-sided air intake composite flow closed-loop cooling tower, with a 90-degree cross airflow direction on one side of the cooling tower. 2. Double-sided air intake composite flow closed-loop cooling tower, where both sides of the closed-loop cooling tower can intake air, extracted from the middle section of the tower.
