Basic Components

Extruded fiberglass profiles are primarily composed of resins and glass fibers (including fabrics, felts, etc.). They are reinforced with fibers (including glass, carbon, and other metal and non-metallic fibers) and bonded with resins, mainly epoxy, polyester, and phenolic resins. Complemented by auxiliary materials (mainly including release agents, hardeners, catalysts, mold sealants, UV stabilizers, mold cleaning water, and gel coats, etc.), they possess a range of characteristics such as high heat resistance, corrosion resistance, high strength, low density, low moisture absorption, low elongation, and good insulation properties.

Widely used

Broadly applied in the fields of chemical corrosion prevention, wastewater treatment, electrical insulation, mining, transportation, and electronic communication.
