Basic Components

Extruded glass fiber reinforced plastic profiles are primarily composed of resins and glass fibers (including fabrics, felts, etc.). They are reinforced with fibers (including glass fibers, carbon fibers, other metallic and non-metallic fibers) and bonded with resins such as epoxy resins, polyester resins, and phenolic resins. These are further compounded with auxiliary materials (main additives: release agents, curing agents, catalysts, mold sealants, UV stabilizers, mold cleaning water, jacketing, etc.). They possess a range of properties including high-temperature resistance, corrosion resistance, high strength, low density, low moisture absorption, low elongation, and good insulation.
