The Mine Used Explosion Proof and Intrinsically Safe Vacuum Electromagnetic Starter is a vacuum electromagnetic starter designed for use in environments containing explosive mixtures of gases such as methane and coal dust in underground coal mines and surrounding areas. It is used in circuits with an AC frequency of 50HZ, rated voltage of 1140V or 660V, and a rated total current up to 400A, for local or remote control of the start, stop, and double-speed switching of three-phase asynchronous motors or double-winding motors, and can also change the phase sequence when the loaded motor stops.
Work Conditions
Altitude does not exceed 1,000 meters.
The surrounding environmental temperature is hot, not exceeding +40℃ and not below -20℃.
3. Relative humidity surrounding the environment should not exceed 95% at +25°C.
4. In environments without severe vibration, jarring, and with an installation tilt angle not exceeding 15° horizontally.
In areas without gases or vapors capable of destroying insulation or corroding metals.
6. In environments equipped with rain protection and free from frequent moisture vapor buildup.

4. Featuring an RS485 interface, it realizes the four remote functions: "remote signaling," "remote adjustment," and "remote control," making it an essential component of digital mines.
5. Utilizing a simple control circuit and quick-opening door structure for easier maintenance.
