YGBW SeriesHorizontal Steel Bar Bending Test Machine

The horizontal bending testing machine for steel is designed for bending tests of metal bars, pipes, plates, and reinforcing bars for construction, to determine their bending plasticity and bending ability. The testing machine meets the relevant standards such as GB/T 232 "Test Methods for Bend Testing of Metallic Materials", GB/T 244 "Test Methods for Bend Testing of Metal Tubes", GB 13788 "Cold-rolled Ribbed Steel Bars", and JC/T 446 "Concrete Paving Blocks", among others. It is a commonly used equipment for material property inspection and research by metallurgical departments, scientific research institutions, quality inspection departments, and relevant enterprises.

The whole machine adopts a horizontal structure, with the hydraulic station integrated into the main unit. It is mainly composed of support rollers, bending core presses, main cylinder, hydraulic station, base, and electrical control system. The bending press roller is adjusted synchronously through a manual two-way screw to change the support roller's position, thereby adjusting the spacing. When a sample needs to be bent 180°, it can be pre-bent first by the main cylinder pushing the bending core press roller, followed by the motor driving the side pressure plate to bend the sample to 180°. The operation is convenient and efficient.

The Pipe Bending Tester is a specialized equipment for conducting process bending tests on steel pipes. This machine is developed in accordance with the National Standard GB/T 232 and YB/T 5126. It is capable of bending steel plates and rebars.
