Bear Bridge Roller Installation

According to the installation requirements, the rock is placed at a distance of 0.75m from the shore and the opposite shore. Before the rock installation, a sample rock is first set in place. The method for setting the sample rock is as follows: a perpendicular line to the centerline of the bridge is drawn at the designated installation location, and then half the spacing of the sample rock (1.875m) is measured along the vertical line to determine the position of the sample rock. Once the position of the sample rock is confirmed, the roller is placed on it, with the rock positioned closely to one side of the bridge centerline. Flat rollers are used for bridge assembly and are generally arranged every 6m after the rock on the opposite shore, unless the flat roller load-bearing capacity requirements are not met, in which case adjustments can be made according to specific circumstances. The position of the flat roller on the sample rock is similar to that of the rock, but the distance from the end of the sample grid to the centerline of the bridge is 1.6m. The flat roller is positioned so that it is tightly against the center rib of the sample. After the roller is placed, check carefully that it is securely seated and the longitudinal and transverse positions are accurate. Check along the longitudinal direction to ensure that the bridge tail does not touch the ground when the bridge is pushed out. Only after confirming that the roller position is correct should the bridge assembly and construction work begin.
