Geotextile格栅 is a primary geosynthetic material, boasting unique properties and functions compared to other geosynthetic materials. It is commonly used as reinforcing material for soil structures or composite materials. Geotextile格栅 is categorized into four main types: plastic geotextile格栅, steel-plastic geotextile格栅, glass fiber geotextile格栅, and glass fiber polyester geotextile格栅. Plastic Geogrid Due to the polymer's high molecular reorientation during the heating and extension process in the manufacturing of plastic geogrids, the intermolecular bond strength is enhanced, thereby increasing its strength. The elongation rate is only 10% to 15% of the original sheet material. Adding carbon black or other anti-aging materials to the geogrid can impart excellent acid, alkali, corrosion, and anti-aging resistance, enhancing its durability. Two-way geogrid The bidirectional geogrid is made by extrusion, sheet formation, and piercing processes, followed by longitudinal and transverse stretching of high molecular polymer. This material boasts significant tensile strength in both directions, offering an ideal连锁 system for force distribution and diffusion within the soil, making it suitable for large-area bearing foundations. Unidirectional Geotextile Mesh Unidirectional geogrid is produced by extruding high molecular polymer into a thin plate and then punching it into a regular grid pattern, followed by longitudinal stretching. This process orients the polymer into a linear state and forms a uniform, high-node-strength, elongated oval mesh structure. This structure boasts a high tensile strength and modulus, with our products demonstrating excellent early-stage tensile strength and modulus (up to 2% - 5% elongation). It provides an ideal force-bearing and diffusing连锁 system for soil. The product has a high tensile strength (>150Mpa), suitable for various types of soil, and uses reinforced materials for reinforcement. Steel-plastic geogrid High-strength steel-plastic geogrid, made of high-tensile steel wire (or other fibers) treated specially, compounded with polyethylene (PE) and other additives, and extruded to form a composite high-tensile tensile strip with rough embossed patterns, is known as high-strength reinforced geotextile tape. From this single strip, by weaving or interlacing longitudinally and laterally at certain intervals, and using a special reinforced adhesive welding technology to weld the junction points, the geogrid is formed. Glass Fiber Geogrid Glass Fiber Geogrid is a woven mesh material made of glass fiber, treated with a special coating process to protect the glass fiber and enhance overall performance, resulting in a geosynthetic composite material. The main component of glass fiber is silicon dioxide, an inorganic material with extremely stable physical and chemical properties, characterized by high strength, high modulus, abrasion resistance, frost resistance, and no long-term creep; good thermal stability; the mesh structure enables aggregate interlocking and restraint; and improves the load-bearing capacity of asphalt mixtures. The surface coating with special modified asphalt imparts dual composite properties, enhancing the geogrid's abrasion resistance and shear strength.
