One, needle-punched nonwoven geotextile

Manufactured from short fibers with a process involving carding, opening, entanglement (short fibers intertwine), webbing (standardized entanglement fixation), and needle-punching, the material is processed into a fabric. Features: The product boasts acid and alkali resistance, corrosion resistance, aging resistance, high strength, stable dimensions, and good filtration properties. Applications: Primarily used for reinforcement, isolation, reverse filtration, and drainage in engineering projects, widely employed in fields such as water conservancy, highways, and railways.

Polyester Filament Geotextile

Polyester long-fiber geotextile is directly made by spinning, needling, and bonding the fibers together using polyester methods. Product specifications range from 80-800g/㎡ for selection. It is a type of geosynthetic material used in geotechnical and civil engineering, formed by the method of webbing and bonding polyester long fibers into a three-dimensional structure. In addition to its excellent mechanical properties, it also features good longitudinal and transverse drainage capabilities, excellent extensibility, and high chemical stability against biological degradation, acidity, alkalinity, and aging.

Refers to a geotextile base with a fused layer on the polyester long fiber felt, this product achieves the goal of surface agglomeration-free non-woven geotextile while maintaining the original performance of the non-woven geotextile. It is designed and developed in accordance with the current "Technical Specifications for Sanitary Landfill of Domestic Waste" CJJ17-2004 standard, a new generation of geotextile lining protective material specifically for anti-slip design on the slopes of waste sanitary landfills. It can effectively prevent the damage of ultraviolet rays to synthetic fibers, enhancing the anti-aging properties of the geotextile; the textured single (or double) surface of the geotextile also delivers excellent application effects.

It features the following characteristics:

(1) Widely used for reinforcing asphalt, cement concrete pavements, and subgrades. Suitable for both rigid and flexible pavements, it can reduce construction costs, extend service life, and prevent road reflection cracks compared to traditional pavements.

(2) The product has an appropriate thickness, is easy to bond with asphalt pavements, and, when combined with adhesive oil, forms an insulation layer that provides both waterproofing and thermal insulation properties.

(3) Lightweight and high-strength. Tensile strength is all ≥ 8 KN/m, elongation is 40 ~ 60%, fully meeting the technical requirements for geotextiles in JTJ/T019-98 "Technical Specification for Tensile Properties of Highway Geosynthetic Materials."

(4) Surface is rough and not slippery. During installation, lay the surface with the rough side up after special treatment to increase friction and bond strength, preventing the surface from being lifted and damaged by wheels during construction. Additionally, it helps to prevent sliding of vehicles and pavers on the surface.

(5) Features UV protection, frost resistance, chemical corrosion resistance, and biological degradation resistance.

(6) Easy to install with excellent application effects. The fibers of general geotextiles are easily picked up by vehicle tires, causing fiber entanglement. In severe cases, they can even be wrapped around, leading to displacement and structural damage of the geotextile.

Four: Nonwoven Geotextile

Nonwoven geotextiles, also known as geotextiles, are permeable synthetic fiber composite materials made through needle punching or weaving. The finished product is in fabric form, primarily composed of polyester short fibers, with a general width of 4-6 meters and length of 50-100 meters. They are widely used in engineering projects such as railways, highways, sports venues, embankments, hydraulic structures, tunnels, coastal beaches, reclamation, and environmental protection.

Fifth, Polypropylene Geotextile

Polypropylene geotextiles feature excellent permeability, filtration, durability, and are widely used in projects such as railways, highways, sports facilities, dams, hydraulic structures, tunnels, coastal beach reclamation, land reclamation, and environmental protection. They mainly include needle-punched nonwoven polypropylene geotextiles and meltblown woven polypropylene geotextiles.

Utilizing the excellent breathability and permeability of polypropylene geotextile, water flow is allowed, effectively retaining soil erosion.

Effectively diffuse, transmit, or decompose concentrated stresses to prevent soil from being damaged by external forces.

Prevent the mixing of sand, gravel, soil, and concrete between layers.

The mesh is not prone to clogging, as the mesh structure formed by the amorphous fiber tissue has both elasticity and mobility.
