Product Details

The plastic blind channels are composed of a plastic core wrapped with filter fabric. The plastic core is primarily made from thermoplastic synthetic resin, modified to be extruded into fine plastic strips in a molten state through nozzles. These strips are then fused at junction points by a molding device, forming a three-dimensional mesh structure. The plastic core comes in various shapes such as rectangular, hollow matrix, and circular hollow circular forms. This material overcomes the shortcomings of traditional blind channels, featuring high surface aperture rates, good water collection, large porosity, excellent drainage, high compressive strength, good pressure resistance, flexibility, adaptability to soil deformation, durability, light weight, ease of construction, and significantly reduced labor intensity for workers. Due to its high construction efficiency, it has been widely welcomed by engineering authorities and is extensively used.

Features:

1. The plastic blind trench is composed of fibers in the range of about 2mm, fused and formed at mutual junctions to create a three-dimensional mesh structure. Its principle is similar to the truss principle of steel structural constructions. The surface is 95-97% perforated, which is more than five times that of a perforated pipe and 3-4 times that of a resin mesh pipe, with a high water absorption rate on the surface.

2. Due to its three-dimensional structure, the void ratio is 80-95%, which provides space and management that is both space-saving and lightweight. Its compressive strength is over 10 times greater than that of tube structures. Consequently, even under excessive load, the residual voids are still above 50%, eliminating any issues with waterlogging and there's no need to worry about being damaged by soil pressure.

3. High compressive strength; under 250KPa pressure, its compression rate is less than 10%.

4. Enhanced with anti-aging agents, durable and long-lasting; even after decades of placement underwater or in soil, stability is guaranteed.

5. Resilient and durable, suitable for curved sections like bends; it's extremely lightweight. If the backfill depth is around 10cm, it can also be filled with a bulldozer.

6. Due to the aforementioned features, issues that arise with traditional blind channels, such as uneven settlement or partial blockage caused by overloading, leading to crushed gaps and a complete loss of functionality, can be resolved by using plastic blind channel materials.

7. Being formed through hot melting without the use of adhesives, it will not undergo spalling due to adhesive aging or peeling.

11) Drainage systems for low-lying and wet areas. The drainage materials used in land reclamation projects are internationally known as Geocomposite Drainage Systems (GDS), also referred to as three-dimensional drainage boards, and drainage channel materials for civil engineering. These are three-dimensional, porous materials formed by heating thermoplastic synthetic resins to melt them, then extruding fiber strands through nozzles to overlap and fuse their junction points together.
