Utilizing U-shaped steel strip and composite PE material, the pipe material significantly enhances hoop stiffness without increasing costs, offering much higher strength compared to spirally wound pipes and Kralle pipes at the same weight. It effectively addresses heavy loads and other issues, with the advantages of large-diameter pipes being even more pronounced. The production range for pipe diameters extends from DN300mm to DN2400mm, maintaining hoop stiffness above 8KN/m2. These pipes are lighter and stronger than concrete pipes and other plastic pipes.

Features:

1. Chemical Resistance: Resists contamination, wastewater, and chemical erosion; does not corrode due to decomposing substances in the soil.

2. Impact Resistance: The pipe wall features a "U"-shaped structure, which is resistant to impact and pressure. It does not crack even under ground settlement conditions. Additionally, it has strong recovery after deformation and excellent adaptability to the ground.

3. Aging Resistance: The pipes are typically black and can withstand direct sunlight exposure during storage and construction.

4. Cold Resistance: The pipe will not crack or leak due to expansion in an environment of -60℃.

5. Lightweight: Easy to transport and install, being only 1/8 the weight of concrete pipes; trenching can be done with a bulldozer, no large machinery required.

6. Easy Connection: Pipes can be connected outside the trench first, then pushed into the trench by a bulldozer, reducing engineering time and costs.

7. Superior Abrasion Resistance: More wear-resistant than steel and concrete pipes, with strong capability for transporting domestic water and waste sludge.

11. Good stability of pipeline system: The circular external stiffener structure of the pipe material not only enhances the hoop stiffness of the pipe but also provides root restraint, addressing the issues of tension and well crown caused by longitudinal displacement of the pipeline.

12. Fully Reliable Ring Stiffness: Due to the elastic modulus ratio between steel and plastic materials being greater than 200 and the weight ratio being greater than 7.85, steel strip reinforcement provides the pipe (especially large diameter pipes) with sufficient safety and reliability in ring stiffness and a relatively high stiffness-to-weight ratio compared to pure plastic pipes.
