Pre-stressed metal corrugated pipes, also known as: bridge pre-stressed corrugated pipes, pre-stressed plastic spiral pipes, concrete corrugated pipes, pre-stressed cast-in-place plastic corrugated pipes, bridge plastic corrugated pipes, steel strand corrugated pipes, etc.

Performance:

1. Tensile Test: Radial deformation ≤ 0.1d when subjected to a concentrated load of 0.75KN or an evenly distributed load of 1.5KN.

2. Impermeability Test: No leakage or slurry loss after 30 minutes of filling with water or cement slurry with a water-cement ratio of 0.5.

3. Tensile Test: The tube wall remains undamaged under an axial tensile force of 5KN.

4. Tug Test: The pull-out force of the embedded anchor in concrete exceeds 2.3 times the design pull-out force of the anchor bolts.

5. Bend Test: No leakage or slurry leakage at a bending degree of 30d of the curvature radius.
