Modular Cleanroom (Clean棚)

Cleanroom structural materials are constructed with steel square tubes electrostatically sprayed with plastic (or customer-specified materials) as the frame, utilizing fan filter units (FFUs) for air supply (for detailed parameters of the FFUs used, please refer to another attachment). Surrounding the area are antistatic curtains, and the ceiling is covered with tightly sealed blind plates, creating a sealed zone with internal purification levels up to 100-100,000. Particularly suitable for areas within workshops with high local purification requirements, such as assembly lines, and high-precision product assembly zones.

Cleanroom Materials:

1. Specifications: Custom-made according to customer's requirements

2. Frame: 50*50 stainless steel square tube (or material as specified by customer) (sturdy, aesthetically pleasing, rust-proof, dust-free)

3. Drapery: 0.3mm or 0.5mm anti-static grid curtains (Excellent anti-static effect, high transparency, clear grid, good flexibility, non-deforming, and aging-resistant; dust and anti-static)

4. Cleanroom ceiling panels are made of 0.8mm aluminum-zinc coated steel sheets, bent by sheet metal work.

5. Equipped with specialized cleanroom purification lamps.

6. Filter Fan Unit (FFU) Assembly

Utilizing energy-saving and low-noise centrifugal fans, dimensions of 1175*575*260mm, high-efficiency two-stage filtration system with 99.99% efficiency (0.3um), adjustable air speed, air volume up to 1080m³/min; (Characterized by long lifespan, low noise, maintenance-free, and minimal vibration, the fan boasts reliable quality and long working life. Coupled with the unique air duct design, it significantly enhances the fan's efficiency and reduces noise.)

Clean Room Working Principle:

The fan draws air into the FFU from the top, which is then filtered through pre-efficiency and high-efficiency filters. The filtered clean air is uniformly distributed over the entire air outlet surface at a velocity of 0.45 m/s ± 20% into the clean room. This creates a uniform airflow layer, ensuring a vertical unidirectional airflow of clean air, thereby guaranteeing the required cleanliness level within the work area.
