Launch Component Network Promotion Article 1. The fine dry powder starting component is an independent automatic starting device for fire extinguishing. It monitors the site temperature to protect areas such as offices, rooms, commercial sites, warehouses, garages, etc., from fires. It emits an audible and visual alarm signal and activates the fire extinguishing equipment when the temperature exceeds the set value. 2. Fine dry powder start-up component equipment is suitable for indoor use. 3. The composition of the fine dry powder starting component equipment includes: Electrical part: features a "monitoring" induction switch, an LED indicator light, 1 temperature sensor switch, feedback relay, battery case, a rotary switch (for setting delay time), terminals for connecting electric igniters and cascade connections, and a pre-mounted piezoelectric ceramic sound emitter. 4. The fine dry powder starting component equipment monitors the temperature of the installation location in "duty" mode. No power connection is required in this mode (the temperature sensor switch is normally open, conducting during operation. The "monitor" inductive switch is normally open, attracting when the magnet rod is close). 5. In "Standby" mode, the fine dry powder starting component equipment uses a magnetic rod to approach the detection point (opposite to the location of the light-emitting diode), to close the "Monitoring" induction switch, and to perform the integrity monitoring of the starting electrical igniter circuit and power status monitoring. 6. The fine powder starting component equipment emits an audible and visual signal "Normal" (a single sound and light signal) when the starting electric igniter circuit is normal and the power supply voltage is normal. 7. If the starting component device for fine dry powder has a damaged circuit to the electric igniter, the device emits an audio-visual signal indicating "Fault" (intermittent short beeps, beep, beep sounds, and light signal). 8. In the event that the temperature in the protected area reaches 63°C for the fine dry powder starting component equipment, the temperature-sensitive switch contact will close, connecting the power and electrical circuit. The device will emit an audible and visual alarm signal (alarm sound, light signal) until the delay ends, at which point it will issue a "start" command, providing the electrical igniter with an activation current. Once the electrical igniter successfully ignites, a set of passive contacts (normally open, closed after activation) will be output from the feedback terminal. 9. All the cascade devices in the fine dry powder initiating component are interconnected; if any one emits a "fire alarm" signal, the rest will simultaneously emit a "fire alarm" signal. To avoid multiple electric igniters from operating simultaneously and producing a larger spark, set the action delay time for each igniter to different values to achieve timed initiation. At the factory, the dip switch is set to 1000 (2-second delay). 10. The fine dry powder starting component secures the device to the ceiling or other protected structure, with the device's dimensions and connection methods as per the design drawings. 11. It is recommended to use copper-core wires to connect the equipment with the electrical igniter's starting circuit for the fine dry powder starting component equipment; the cross-sectional area of the conducting core of the wire can reach 1.5mm. 12. When installing the fine dry powder starting component with the electronic fire extinguishing starter onto the base, align the LED indicator on the front panel with the No. 5 terminal on the base and tighten it clockwise. 13. The fine dry powder starting component assembly can be transported via various methods including land, sea, and air transportation. Prevent strong vibrations, collisions, heavy pressure, and rain exposure during transport, and avoid mixing with corrosive materials. 14. The fine dry powder starting component assembly should be stored in a warehouse with good air circulation, free of corrosive gases, no dripping or liquid intrusion, with relative humidity not exceeding 95%, and a temperature range of (-10 to 55°C). 15. Maintenance and repair of the battery in the fine dry powder start-up component should be noted: 1) Remove the protective cover of the device. 2) Open the battery case clip and remove the battery. 3) Insert a new battery and secure the clip. 4) Reinstall the protective cover of the device. 16. Before installing the fine dry powder starting component, please carefully read the product manual and install it strictly according to the instructions provided. 17. Installation and maintenance of the fine dry powder start component must be performed after removing it from the base. 18. If the fine dry powder start component has a cascade function, do not short-circuit terminals 1 and 3 of this device to prevent erroneous operation! 19. When the fine dry powder start-up component is initially connected to the start-up device, please ensure to "set the delay code and adjust the delay time to 30 seconds!" This is to prevent false operation due to potential faults in the detector or wiring. 20. Fine dry powder temperature control start module (starter): Connect the fire extinguishing device to terminals 2 and 5 (use a multimeter to check for voltage before wiring; avoid misoperation due to power). 21. Fine dry powder temperature control start module (starter): Connect the 10th and 11th terminals of the intelligent interlock control module to the 1st and 3rd terminals of the temperature control module. 22. Fine Powder Temperature Control Start Module (Starter): When wiring multiple temperature control start modules, always connect the 1st terminal with the 1st terminal and the 3rd terminal with the 3rd terminal. Do not connect the 1st terminal with the 3rd terminal together, as it will cause an incorrect start. Pay close attention!! 23. Fine Powder Temperature Control Start Module (Starter): The temperature control module's terminals 4 and 6 output a passive feedback signal during startup. 24. Fine Dry Powder Temperature Control Start Module ( Starter ): Set the delay time of the temperature control start module (0~30 seconds) according to the dip switch table. 25. Fine Dry Powder Temperature-Controlled Start Module (Starter): Note that when installing, after removing the base, do not stack multiple modules together as it may cause terminal contact and discharge, leading to a decrease in starting voltage. It is recommended to install one module after completing the installation of the previous one. 26. Intelligent Linkage Control Module for Fine Dry Powder: Terminal 1 is the positive terminal, terminal 2 is the negative terminal, and they are connected to 24V positive and negative (polarized, do not reverse connect). 27. Fine Powder Intelligent Interconnected Control Module: Connect the start/stop button to terminals 12 and 13 with two non-polarized wires (terminals 12 and 13). Connect to the main control room for remote interconnection (requires the main control room to provide a passive switch signal). 28. Intelligent Linkage Control Module for Fine Dry Powder: Delay Setting Method (0~30 seconds): After connecting the 24V power supply, press and hold the "Setting" button on the panel for 5 seconds and release to enter the setting mode. The current setting time is displayed, then each press of the "Adjust" button adds one second in the loop of 0~30. After setting the time, press and hold the "Setting" button for 5 seconds to turn off the display and complete the adjustment. 29. Fine powder start/stop button: Features 4 wires, red and black connected to 24V; green and blue connected to the intelligent interlock control module's 12th COM and 13th C terminal (non-polar). 30. Operation of the Fine Dry Powder Start/Stop Button: Press the start button when a fire is detected. If it's a mistake, press the stop button within 0-30 seconds to terminate the start. To reset the start/stop button, first press the start button (the button will automatically reset), then press the stop button again (the stop button will automatically reset). At this point, the button is fully reset. 31. Operation method for the fine dry powder start/stop button: Pay attention to the reset sequence; incorrect order may cause accidental activation!! 32. Fine dry powder starting component debugging precautions: Do not connect the fire extinguishing device before debugging. Ensure all alarm systems are interconnected, manual, and debugging is complete. After the fire safety acceptance is completed and approved by Party A, then activate the fire extinguishing device.
