1. The fine dry powder initiating component is an independent automatic starting device for fire extinguishing. It monitors the site's temperature to protect it (such as offices, rooms, commercial areas, warehouses, garages, etc.) from fires. It emits an audible and visual alarm signal and activates the fire extinguishing equipment when the temperature exceeds the set value.

2. Fine dry powder start-up component equipment is suitable for indoor operation.

3. The composition of the fine dry powder start-up component equipment includes: electrical part: equipped with a "monitoring" inductive switch, LED indicator lights, 1 temperature-sensitive switch, feedback relay, battery case, a dip switch (for setting delay time), terminals for connecting the electric igniter and cascade, and a fixed piezoelectric ceramic sound emitter.

4. In "standby" mode, the fine dry powder start-up component equipment monitors the installation site's temperature. In this mode, power connection is not required (the temperature sensor switch is normally open, conducting during operation. The "monitor" inductive switch is normally open, attracting and closing when the magnet rod is near).

5. The fine dry powder start-up component equipment, in "On Duty" mode, uses a magnet rod to approach the detection point (opposite the location of the light-emitting diode), to close the "Monitoring" inductive switch, and perform a circuit integrity monitoring for the start-up electrical igniter and a power status monitoring.

9. All devices in the fine dry powder initiating component are cascaded together. If any one of them emits a "fire alarm" signal, the rest will simultaneously emit a "fire alarm" signal. To avoid multiple electric igniters from sparking simultaneously, the action delay time for each igniter can be set to different values, thus achieving timed initiation. At the factory, the dip switch is set to 1000 (2-second delay).

10. The fine dry powder starting component secures the device to the ceiling or other protective structure, with dimensions and connection methods in accordance with the design drawings.

11. It is recommended to use copper-core wires for connecting the equipment to the electrical igniter's starting circuit in fine dry powder start-up component equipment. The cross-sectional area of the conductor wire of the wire can reach 1.5mm.

12. When installing the fine dry powder starting component with the electronic fire extinguishing starter onto the base, align the LED indicator on the front panel with terminal 5 on the base and rotate counterclockwise to secure it.

28. Fine Powder Intelligent Interlinkage Control Module: Delay Setting Method (0~30 seconds): After connecting the 24V power supply, hold the "Set" button on the panel for 5 seconds and release to enter the setting mode. The current setting time will be displayed, then press the "Adjust" button to increase one second at a time in the 0~30 loop. After setting the time, hold the "Set" button for 5 seconds until the display turns off, indicating the adjustment is complete.

29. Fine powder start/stop button: 4 wires, red and black connected to 24V; green and blue connected to the intelligent interlock control module's 12th COM and 13th C terminal (non-polar).

30. Operation of the fine dry powder start/stop button: Press the start button when a fire is detected. If it's a mistaken operation, press the stop button within 0-30 seconds to terminate the start. To reset the start/stop button, first press the start button (the start button will automatically reset), then press the stop button again (the stop button will automatically reset). At this point, the button is fully reset.

31. Operation method for the fine dry powder start/stop button: Pay attention to the sequence of reset; incorrect order may cause unintended activation!!

32. Fine powder starting component debugging注意事项: Do not connect the fire extinguishing device before debugging. Ensure all alarm systems are interconnected, manual, and debugging is complete. After fire safety acceptance is completed and approved by Party A, then the fire extinguishing device may be activated.

50. Test methods for the starting component with cascade function of fine dry powder starting devices: 1) DIP switch delay. 2) Multimeter measures approximately 6V across terminals 1 and 3. 3) Use a hot air gun to blow the metal heat sink until the starting device alarms. 4) Multimeter measures the voltage across terminals 1 and 5 of the starting device, which should be above 5V at this point, dropping to above 4.5V after the alarm. 5) When the relay operates, measure terminals 4 and 6 with the multimeter, the contact changes from normally open to normally closed.
