1. The fine dry powder starting component is an independent automatic starting device for fire extinguishing. It monitors the site temperature to protect areas such as offices, rooms, commercial sites, warehouses, garages, etc., from fires. It emits an audible and visual alarm signal and activates the fire extinguishing equipment when the temperature exceeds the set value.

2. Fine powder starting component equipment is suitable for indoor operation.

3. The composition of the fine dry powder start-up component equipment includes: electrical part: equipped with a "monitoring" inductive switch, LED indicator lights, 1 temperature-sensitive switch, feedback relay, battery case, a dip switch (for setting delay time), terminals for connecting the electrical igniter and cascade, and a pre-fixed piezoelectric ceramic sound emitter.

4. In "Standby" mode, the fine dry powder starting component equipment monitors the temperature of the installation site. In this mode, power connection is not required (the temperature sensor switch is normally open, closed during operation. The "Monitoring" inductive switch is normally open, attracting when the magnet rod is close).

5. In "standby" mode, the fine dry powder starting component equipment uses a magnetic rod to approach the detection point (opposite to the location of the light-emitting diode), to close the "monitoring" induction switch, and to perform the integrity monitoring of the starting electric igniter circuit and power status monitoring.

6. In the event that the starting component equipment for fine dry powder operates with a normal electrical igniter circuit and a stable power supply voltage, the device emits an audible and visual signal indicating "Normal" (a single sound and light signal).

To avoid multiple electric igniters from operating simultaneously and producing a large spark, set the action delay time for each igniter to different values to achieve timed initiation. At the time of manufacture, the dip switch is set to 1000 (2-second delay).

10. The fine dry powder start-up component secures the equipment to the ceiling or other structural components of the protected facility. Refer to the design drawings for the equipment's dimensions and wiring methods.

11. It is recommended to use copper-core wire for connecting the equipment to the electrical igniter's starting circuit in the fine dry powder starting component unit, with the cross-sectional area of the conductive core of the wire up to 1.5mm.

12. When installing the fine dry powder starting component with the electronic fire extinguisher starter onto the base, align the LED on the front panel with the No. 5 terminal on the base and tighten clockwise.

13. The fine dry powder starting component assembly can be transported by various means, including land, sea, and air. During transportation, it should be protected from strong vibrations, collisions, heavy pressure, and rain, and should be prevented from being mixed with corrosive materials.

14. Fine dry powder starting component units should be stored in a warehouse with good air circulation, free of corrosive gases, and without water or liquid intrusion. The relative humidity should not exceed 95%, and the temperature should be between (-10~55℃).

15. Maintenance and repair of the battery in the fine dry powder start-up component require attention to: 1) Remove the protective cover of the device. 2) Open the battery box clips and remove the battery. 3) Insert a new battery and tighten the clips. 4) Reinstall the protective cover of the device.

22. Fine Powder Temperature Control Start Module (Starter): When wiring multiple temperature control start modules, always connect the 1st terminal to the 1st terminal and the 3rd terminal to the 3rd terminal. Do not connect the 1st terminal to the 3rd terminal as it will cause an erroneous start. Please pay close attention!!

23. Fine powder temperature control start module (starter): The temperature control module's terminals 4 and 6 output a passive feedback signal during startup.

24. Fine Dry Powder Temperature Control Start Module ( Starter ): Set the delay time of the temperature control start module (0~30 seconds) according to the dip switch table.

25. Fine powder thermal control start module (starter): Be aware that when installing, do not stack multiple modules together after removing the base. This can cause terminals to touch and discharge, leading to a reduction in start-up voltage. It is recommended to install one module at a time after removing and assembling it.

26. Fine powder intelligent interlock control module: Terminal 1 is the positive terminal, terminal 2 is the negative terminal, connected to 24V positive and negative (polarized, do not reverse connect).

27. Fine Powder Intelligent Linkage Control Module: Connect the start/stop button to pins 12 and 13 with two wires (non-polar), and connect pins 12 and 13 to the main control room for remote linkage (requires the main control room to provide a passive switch signal).

28. Fine Powder Intelligent联动Control Module: Delay Setting Method (0~30 seconds): After connecting the 24V power supply, hold the "Set" button on the panel for 5 seconds and release to enter the setting mode. The current setting time is displayed, then press the "Adjust" button to increase by one second in the 0~30 loop each time. After setting the time, hold the "Set" button for 5 seconds until the display screen turns off, indicating the adjustment is complete.

29. Fine powder start/stop button: Features 4 wires, red and black connected to 24V; green and blue connected to the intelligent interlock control module's 12th COM and 13th C terminal (non-polar).

30. Operation of the fine dry powder start/stop button: Press the start button when a fire is detected. If it's a mistake, press the stop button within 0-30 seconds to terminate the start. To reset the start/stop button, first press the start button (the start button will automatically reset), then press the stop button again (the stop button will automatically reset). At this point, the button is fully reset.

31. Operation method for the fine dry powder start/stop button: Note that resetting has a sequence; incorrect order may cause unintended activation!!

32. Fine powder startup component debugging注意事项: Do not connect the fire extinguishing device before debugging. Ensure all alarm systems are interconnected, manual, and debugging is complete. Only after the fire inspection is passed and approved by Party A can the fire extinguishing device be activated.
