1. The Yanbi Jingming Fire Extinguishing System is a new type of fixed clean gas fire extinguishing device developed and produced by our company in China, known for its excellent fire extinguishing effect and being purely natural.

2. The extinguishing mechanism of the Yanbi Jingming fire suppression system is to relatively reduce the oxygen content in the air of the burning area, lower the temperature of the burning material, and suffocate the fire, achieving the purpose of extinguishing the fire through physical action.

3. Smoke-Ban Static Fire Extinguisher is a clean gas fire extinguisher made by mixing nitrogen (N2), argon (Ar), and carbon dioxide (CO2) gases in a specific ratio.

4. The smokeless fire extinguishing agent has the following features: (1) Does not contaminate the protected object; (2) Does not damage the atmospheric ozone layer; (3) Has no adverse effects on humans, animals, or plants; (4) Excellent electrical insulation (non-conductive), colorless, odorless, and harmless. Known as a "green fire protection product," it is an ideal substitute for halon fire extinguishing agents.

5. 17. The independent system of the Yanbijing Automatic Fire Extinguishing System refers to a fire extinguishing system that protects a protected area with a fire extinguishing agent storage device, primarily used in situations where the protected area is not easily combined or where two protected areas are adjacent but there is a possibility of a fire occurring simultaneously.

19. The YanBiJing Automatic Fire Extinguishing System consists of three parts: the fire alarm system, the fire control system, and the fire extinguishing system. The fire extinguishing system is further composed of the extinguishing agent storage device and the pipeline system.

20. When both detectors in the protected area simultaneously emit fire signals, the smoke-free automatic fire extinguishing system's automatic extinguishing controller sends an electrical signal command after a 30-second delay. This initiates the electrically-powered bottle head valve and the corresponding selector valve, according to the pre-set combination distribution method, to execute automatic fire extinguishing.

21. The cylinder distribution panel of the Yanbijing Automatic Fire Extinguishing System is designed for a combination distribution method of cylinders for fire extinguishing in Area A and Area B through electrical principles, and also serves as a junction box. The panel also features a switch for switching between the main and backup cylinders.

22. When both detectors in the protected area simultaneously emit fire signals, the controller of the smoke-free automatic fire extinguishing system immediately sends telecommunication commands to open the corresponding control area's cylinder. The starting gas is divided into two paths: one passes through a seven-way one-way valve to open the selector valve of the corresponding protected area, and the other directly opens the extinguishing agent storage cylinder group to extinguish the fire in the protected area.

23. YBJQ Automatic Fire Extinguishing System: In the event of a failure in the electric or pneumatic start, staff can manually open the corresponding selector valve and cylinder valve at the equipment site to initiate fire extinguishing. The emergency start cut-off box is used to manually start or stop the fire extinguishing system at the protected site.

24. Environmental requirements for the YanBiJing Automatic Fire Extinguishing System: The temperature in the cylinder storage room should be between 0~50°C, and cylinders should not be directly exposed to sunlight and should be kept away from heat sources.

25. Environmental Requirements for YanBiJing Automatic Fire Extinguishing System: The piping storage room should be located in a room that is easily accessible by personnel, convenient for entry and exit, and not prone to causing fires.

33. The pneumatic start-up pipeline is an essential part of the system's operation, and there should be no leaks between the copper pipes and their connecting components.

34. Installation requirements for the YanBiJing Automatic Fire Extinguishing System: The installation of the equipment should be carried out under the guidance of the supplier's technical personnel, and after installation, the system should be adjusted (mechanical, electrical control, etc.) and inspected.

40. Important Notes for the YANBIJING Automatic Fire Extinguishing System: When installing the system, pay attention to attaching the combination gaskets to both ends of the metal flexible hose.

41. Important Notes for the Yanbijing Automatic Fire Extinguishing System: The pneumatic cylinder is filled at a pressure of 10MPa. If the pressure drops below 6MPa due to chronic leakage or other reasons, it must be refilled to 10MPa and a gas tightness test must be conducted to ensure the reliability of the system's pneumatics.

42. Important notes for the Yanbi Jing Automatic Fire Extinguishing System: All connections in the piping, especially the pneumatic start-up piping, should be reliable and leak-free.

43. Precautions for the installation of the Yanbi Jing Automatic Fire Extinguishing System: It is strictly prohibited to knock or bump the components of the system during installation, especially the bottle head valve and its filling valve, as well as the piston assembly. Otherwise, it may easily be damaged, posing a risk to personal safety.

44. Important notes for the Yanbi Jing Automatic Fire Extinguishing System: Ensure the wiring for the alarm and control section (electrical part) is accurate and reliable, with no misconnections.

45. Emergency Procedure for the Yanyi Jing Automatic Fire Extinguishing System: In the event of a fire, if the automatic alarm control cabinet loses its extinguishing function, follow these steps to activate the fire extinguishing system: a) First, pull the safety pin on the fire area's cylinder, pull out the handle to start the system. b) After the above steps, if the bottle head valve of the storage cylinder cannot be opened, use the method described in step a) to open the bottle head valve of the starting cylinder. If the selector valve at the fire point is not open, turn the handwheel on the selector valve to use the extinguishing agent's own gas within the pipeline to open the selector valve, release the extinguishing agent, and thereby activate the entire fire extinguishing system.

46. Caution for the Yanbi Jing Automatic Fire Extinguishing System: In case of a false alarm without a fire occurring, press the reset button to reset the main unit. Alternatively, first press the emergency stop button, then press the reset to bring the main unit back to normal operation.

47. The smoke necessary automatic fire extinguishing system should be regularly inspected and maintained by a designated person who has been specially trained and passed the examination.

48. Upon commissioning the Yanbijing Automatic Fire Extinguishing System, the following documents and materials should be in place: 1) Approved completion acceptance application report. 2) Construction records and intermediate acceptance records of concealed works. 3) Completion drawings and written records of design changes. 4) Completion report, design specifications, and debugging report. 5) User and maintenance manuals for the system and its main components. 6) Inspection reports, test reports, and factory certificates of conformity for system components, piping materials, and pipe fittings. 7) Completion acceptance report, operational procedures for the system, and system inspection and maintenance records charts.

49. The Yanbijing Automatic Fire Extinguishing System shall undergo two inspections of the gas fire extinguishing system as per regulations. The inspection content and requirements shall comply with the following: 1) Conduct an external inspection of all system components, including the extinguishing agent storage container, selector valve, liquid one-way valve, high-pressure hose, collecting pipe, valve actuator, piping network, and nozzles. The system components should be free of collision deformation and other mechanical damage, the surface should be free of rust, the protective coating should be intact, the nameplate should be clear, and the protective cover, lead seal, and safety signs of the manual operation device should be in good condition. 2) The pressure inside the Yanbijing extinguishing agent storage container should not be less than 90% of the design pressure. 3) The pressure of the pneumatic drive device's pneumatic source should not be less than 6MPa.

50. The Yanbi Jing automatic fire extinguishing system must undergo two inspections of the gas fire extinguishing system annually. The inspection content and requirements, in addition to the monthly checks, should comply with the following provisions: 1) The opening conditions of the protected area, the use of the protected area, and the type, quantity, and distribution of combustible materials should meet the design specifications. 2) The equipment in the fire extinguishing agent storage room, the fire extinguishing agent supply pipes, and the brackets should be securely fastened without any looseness. 3) There should be no blockages in the orifices of the nozzles. 4) For any damage or blockage in the fire extinguishing agent supply pipes, conduct a tightness test and blow cleaning.

51. The Yanyijing fire suppression system's Yanyijing cylinders, in accordance with the "Regulations for the Supervision and Administration of Gas Cylinders," are to be inspected every five years for cylinders containing inert gases. If severe corrosion, damage, or doubts about their safety and reliability are found during use, an inspection should be conducted in advance.
