The car furnace combustion system pipeline has been renovated. Due to the aging of the pipeline from long-term use and insufficient internal pressure, new pipelines have been installed, including oil supply flexible metal hoses, gas supply flexible metal hoses, fuel adjustment valves, and an air compressor. A compressed air pipeline system has also been added.

A new fuel spray combustion unit has been adopted, featuring pressure atomization combined with high-pressure internal mixing atomization, resulting in fine fuel mist particles that can achieve optimal turbulent mixing with the combustion air. This ensures efficient combustion, is not prone to blockage or coking, and allows for easy control of flame length, shape, and temperature. The combustion is thorough without emitting black smoke. Regular kiln firing processes and one month of production practice monitoring have shown that the renovation is highly successful, meeting and even exceeding the design renovation objectives.

Production has been boosted, while the temperature difference within the furnace has significantly decreased, ensuring reliable product quality.
(2) Reduced costs. The original furnace required 7 hours to heat up to 850°C with a loading of 5t, consuming 64.5kg of fuel. Now, under the same conditions, it takes only 5 hours to reach 850°C, using 48kg of fuel. This shows a 2-hour reduction in heating time and a 129kg fuel saving. During the heating process, the new furnace saves 16.5kg of fuel compared to the old one, totaling 82.5kg over a 5-hour period. Consequently, each furnace saves an additional 211.5kg of fuel (129kg + 82.5kg), resulting in a significant increase in overall efficiency. The fuel-saving benefits are quite evident.
