During the production process, fluorine chemical companies generate a small amount of fluorinated organic waste liquid that cannot be treated conventionally through biochemical or physical methods. Our company's fluorine chemical waste liquid incinerator, designed based on the characteristics of this waste liquid and our proprietary technology, is undoubtedly the ideal choice for its harmless treatment. It can utilize excess heat (high-temperature flue gas after incineration) to recover high-temperature steam; it can also recover hydrogen fluoride from the flue gas, with a concentration exceeding 30%; and the treated flue gas meets the emission standards. Flue gas emissions are in compliance with GB18484-2001 "Pollution Control Standards for Incineration of Hazardous Waste."
This furnace model is highly targeted, featuring the following characteristics:
⑴ Utilizing a tangential twin-fluid atomizing device, it boasts high mixing degree, atomization effect, combustion speed, and efficiency, with a low excess air coefficient, significantly reducing fuel consumption. The atomizing nozzle has a large diameter, requiring minimal viscosity and impurity content in the fluid, making it less prone to clogging. The low-pressure atomization method is safer than high-pressure spray, less prone to wear and tear, and less likely to malfunction, with excellent combustion results. The atomization medium uses low-pressure steam, air, or nitrogen.
High combustion safety with a control logic program that prevents ignition until explosive gases are excluded from the furnace to avoid gas explosions. Equipped with a flame sensor, it immediately shuts off the oil supply and waste fluid supply upon detection of a flameout or ignition failure, and has a comprehensive alarm system for reliability and safety.
③ Tailored the furnace lining and incinerator body based on the composition and characteristics of the waste liquid, thereby addressing the critical flaw of short lifespan in fluorine-containing waste liquid incinerators.
④ Fully consider the utilization of waste heat after waste liquid incineration, which can generate steam for production use.
Recycle the hydrogen fluoride gas produced during the incineration process in an economical and reasonable manner.
