Roller Stand

The roller stand is designed to rotate circular workpieces by utilizing the friction between the welded parts and the active roller, thus completing the welding of circular seams. The welding speed can be adjusted by varying the speed of the active roller on the roller stand. The roller should always remain on the same axis to prevent deformation and slippage during the rotation of the workpiece. The adjustable roller stand comes in three types: manual screw adjustment, manual bolt shifting, and electric sliding plate shifting. By adjusting the center distance of the rollers, it can accommodate workpieces of different diameters.
