2. Performance Specifications:

Complies with the national standards GB/T 50719-2011 and GB/T 12190-2006 requirements

▲ Magnetic Field 2: At an environmental field strength of 5mGs, any point within the anti-magnetic storage room's frequency range is less than 4GS.

Structure Plan: Magnetic-proof Storage Structure: A six-sided welded structure, where the six-sided body is composed of modules with different specifications of degaussing steel plates (thickness of degaussing plate: 2mm) that are welded together into a single unit.

3. Magnetic Proof Door: Electrically locked magnetic proof door 0.9×1.9m ( customizable ) 1 piece

Equipped with a hinge-type plug-in magnetic door with double-point manual locking mechanism; utilizes a single-blade insertion electromagnetic seal technology, composite blade, and removable high-quality beryllium copper spring, with good maintenance properties; the inner and outer door panels feature a double-layer insulation structure, and the door surface is decorated with matte stainless steel.

4. Ventilation and Air Conditioning System: The anti-magnetic storage ventilation system utilizes specialized anti-magnetic storage demagnetization ventilation windows. The insertion loss is consistent with the anti-magnetic storage standards. It consists of a waveguide bundle composed of many small waveguides, with a hexagonal cross-sectional shape design. Under the same insertion loss capability, the hexagonal waveguide has a larger passageway area than the square waveguide, thereby increasing the ventilation area and reducing the air exchange resistance. In addition to central air conditioning ventilation, anti-magnetic storage ventilation equipment can also be equipped with cabinet or wall-mounted air conditioning units within the anti-magnetic storage.

5. Power Supply and Distribution System: Select appropriate cable sizes based on the electrical load of each equipment, along with different capacity degaussing filters. The grounding resistance requirement is ≤1Ω.

6. Interior Decoration: Interior decoration materials must be flame-retardant and waterproof. Common materials used for walls and indoor ceilings include: micro-porous aluminum panels for ceilings, double-sided color steel mineral wool board for wall cladding, anti-static full steel activity flooring for the base, with floor supports ranging from 110 to 300mm in height.

Lighting Specifications: 6 high-quality 600*600 LED incandescent lamps, 4 emergency lights with power socket conduits included.

7. Fire Alarm System: The entire anti-magnetic storage area is constructed with flame-retardant materials, and a fire protection system is installed. The construction manufacturer has conducted anti-magnetic treatment.
