2. Shielding Room Types:Welded steel plate electromagnetic shielding room structure.

The shielding room with a welded structure is assembled from different specifications of modular steel plates (plate thickness 2~3mm) welded together. It features a rectangular steel frame with varying load-bearing capacities designed to support the shielding shell at different locations, with its greatest strength lying in its rigidity, seismic resistance, stability, and reliability, surpassing other shielding rooms. Moreover, it offers significantly higher shielding efficiency.

4. The shielding body is made of metal materials with an iron base, featuring 2mm thick steel plates. The ground utilizes steel plates of the same material and thickness of 3mm as the shielding layer.

Consider the shielding effectiveness of the shielding body material while also taking into account the overall mechanical properties of the electromagnetic shielding room. Design requirements include: steel plate unevenness ≤ 4mm/M2, shielding body verticality ≤ 10mm, and shielding body seismic resistance ≥ 8 levels.

12. Indoor Decoration

Interior decoration materials in the server room must be flame-retardant and waterproof. Common materials for walls and indoor ceilings include aluminum-plastic ceiling tiles, aluminum-plastic perforated ceilings, double-sided aluminum-plastic panels, and flame-retardant waterproof composite panels for finishes. The floor is made of static-free full steel modular flooring, with floor supports ranging from 110~300mm in height.

Secure the construction of the decorative layer's supporting framework with sufficient strength, which can be enhanced by using shielding bodies.

The entire interior should be aesthetically pleasing and spacious, with minimized empty space around openings. Enhanced workmanship precision is required, and all materials must be fire-resistant with a valid inspection report.
