2. Shielding Room Type: Steel Plate Welded Electromagnetic Shielding Room Structure
The shielded room with a welded structure is composed of different specifications of steel plates (plate thickness of 2~3mm) welded together. It features a rectangular steel frame with varying load-bearing capacities for different parts of the shielding shell, designed to support the shielding shell. Its primary characteristic is its high rigidity, seismic resistance, stability, and reliability, surpassing other types of shielded rooms, and it offers significantly higher shielding effectiveness.

4. Select metal materials with an iron-based substrate, with the steel plate thickness being 2mm. The ground uses the same material and thickness of 3mm steel plate as the shielding layer.
Consider factors such as the shielding efficiency of the shielding material while also ensuring the overall mechanical properties of the electromagnetic shielding room. Design requirements include: steel plate unevenness ≤ 4mm/M², shielding body perpendicularity ≤ 10mm, and vibration resistance ≥ 8 levels.

6. Ventilation and Air Conditioning System: The ventilation system employs a shielded room-specific waveguide window, with its insertion loss corresponding to the shielding room specifications.
7. Air Conditioner Shielding Treatment: Shielding treatment for air conditioner power supply; shielding treatment for signal lines; shielding treatment for the three pipes of the air conditioner (gas pipe, liquid pipe, drip pipe).
8. The power supply and distribution system selects cables with appropriate wire diameters and power filters of different capacities based on the electrical load of each equipment.
9. Communication systems and signal interface devices for shielding rooms can be introduced into the room via dedicated fiber optic waveguides, supporting both multimode and single-mode fiber optics.
10. CAT5e cables can be introduced into the shielding room by passing through a shielding interface box (processed with multiple waveguides and copper tubes, supplemented with absorbent materials).
11. Data signal filters can be used for entering the shielded room with telephone lines.
12. Indoor Decor
The interior decoration materials in the server room must be flame-retardant and waterproof. Common materials used for walls and ceilings include aluminum-plastic ceiling tiles, aluminum-plastic micro-perforated ceilings, double-sided aluminum-plastic panels, and flame-retardant waterproof composite panels for the surface. The floor is made of static-free steel activity flooring with a height of 110~300mm for the floor supports.
The decorative layer is secured by a framework structure. The framework must be sufficiently strong, and shielding bodies can be used to enhance its strength.
The entire interior must be aesthetically pleasing and spacious. The opening positions should have minimal empty space, with increased workmanship precision. All material selections must come with a qualified fire-resistant material inspection report.
