AssembledElectromagnetic Shielding Room

Shielding Room Types: Welded Shielding Room, Assembled Shielding Room.

Welded structural shielding rooms are composed of modular steel plates of various specifications (steel plate thickness) 2~3mm Welded together to form an integrated unit. Designed and manufactured with rectangular steel joists of varying cross-sectional areas to support the shielding shell based on the different load-bearing capacities of different parts of the shell, their primary characteristic is the superior stiffness, seismic resistance, stability, and reliability compared to other shielding room structures, and their shielding effectiveness is significantly higher.

The shielding body is made of metal materials with an iron-based substrate, featuring 2mm thick steel plates. The ground utilizes the same material with 3mm thick steel plates as the shielding layer. While considering the shielding effectiveness of the shielding body material, the overall mechanical properties of the electromagnetic shielding room are also taken into account. The design requirements are: steel plate unevenness ≤ 4mm/M2, shielding body verticality ≤ 10mm, and shielding body seismic resistance ≥ 8 levels.

Suggested for shielding doors: electric lock for screening doors (with facial recognition and fingerprint password access)

Ventilation and Air Conditioning Systems: The ventilation system utilizes a shielded room-specific waveguide window, with its insertion loss corresponding to the shielding room specifications.

Air Conditioner Shielding Treatment: Shielding treatment for the air conditioner power supply; shielding treatment for signal lines; shielding treatment for the air conditioner's three tubes (gas tube, liquid tube, and drip tube).

Supply and distribution systems select appropriate cable diameters based on the electrical load of each device and different capacity power filters.

Isolation room communication systems and signal interface devices can accommodate both multimode and single-mode fiber optic cables, which can be introduced into the isolation room through dedicated fiber optic conduits.

Over 5 types of data cables can be introduced into the shielding room by processing through a shielding interface box (multiple waveguide and copper tube passage, supplemented with absorbent materials).

Phone lines entering the shielded room can be equipped with data signal filters.

Interior Decoration: Aluminum-plastic moldings, aluminum-plastic micro-perforated ceilings, double-sided aluminum-plastic panels, flame-retardant waterproof composite boards, etc., as the decorative surface. The floor is made of static-free full steel mobile flooring, with floor supports ranging from 110~300mm in height.
