2. Shielding Room Type: Steel Welded Electromagnetic Shielding Room Structure

The shielded room with a welded structure is assembled by different specifications of steel plates (plate thickness of 2~3mm)焊接 together. It is designed with rectangular steel skeletons of varying load-bearing capacities for different parts of the shielding shell, serving as support龙门frames. Its primary characteristic is its high rigidity, seismic resistance, stability, and reliability, surpassing other structural shielded rooms, and offering significantly higher shielding efficiency.

4. The shielding body is made of metal materials with an iron base, featuring 2mm thick steel plates. The ground utilizes steel plates of the same material and thickness of 3mm as the shielding layer.

Consider the shielding effectiveness of the shielding material while also ensuring the overall mechanical properties of the electromagnetic shielding room, the design requirements are to achieve: steel plate unevenness ≤ 4mm/M2, shielding body perpendicularity ≤ 10mm, and shielding body seismic resistance ≥ 8 levels.

6. Ventilation and Air Conditioning System: The ventilation system utilizes a shielded room-specific waveguide window, with insertion loss corresponding to the shielding room specifications.

7. Air Conditioner Shielding Treatment: Shielding treatment for the air conditioner power supply; shielding treatment for signal lines; shielding treatment for the air conditioner's three pipes (gas pipe, liquid pipe, and drip pipe).

8. The power distribution system selects appropriately sized power cables with different wire diameters based on the electrical load of each equipment and variously sized power filter capacitors.

9. Communication systems and signal interface devices for shielding rooms can be introduced into the room through dedicated fiber optic waveguides, utilizing either multimode or single-mode fiber optic cables.

10. Over Cat5 cables can be introduced into the shielded room through a shielding interface box (processed with multiple waveguide and copper tube threading, supplemented with absorbent materials).

11. Data signal filters can be used for telephone line entry into the shielded room.

12. Indoor Decor

The interior decoration materials in the server room must be flame-retardant and waterproof. Common materials used for walls and ceilings include aluminum-plastic ceiling tiles, aluminum-plastic perforated ceilings, double-sided aluminum-plastic panels, and flame-retardant waterproof composite boards for surface finishing. The floor is made of anti-static steel activity flooring, with floor supports ranging from 110 to 300mm in height.

Secure the decorative layer with a dragon frame support structure; ensure the frame has adequate strength, which can be enhanced by using a shielding body.

The entire interior should be aesthetically pleasing and spacious. The open positions should minimize empty space, with increased workmanship precision. All material choices must be fire-resistant materials with valid inspection reports.
