Shielding Room Types: Welded Shielding Room, Assembled Shielding Room.

The shielded chamber with a welded structure is assembled by different sizes of steel plates (steel plate thickness 2~3mm)焊接 together. It is designed with rectangular steel frames of varying load-bearing capacities for different parts of the shield shell, with the primary support girder frame. Its greatest feature is its high rigidity, seismic resistance, stability, and reliability, surpassing other structured shielded chambers, and its shielding effectiveness is much higher as well.

Shielding Index:

The shielding body is made of metal materials with an iron-based substrate, featuring a 2mm thick steel plate. The ground utilizes the same material with a 3mm thick steel plate as the shielding layer. While considering the shielding effectiveness of the shielding body material, the overall mechanical properties of the electromagnetic shielding room are also taken into account. The design requirements are as follows: steel plate flatness ≤ 4mm/M2, shielding body verticality ≤ 10mm, and shielding body seismic resistance ≥ 8 levels.

Ventilation and Air Conditioning Systems: The ventilation system employs a shielded room-specific ventilation waveguide window, with insertion loss corresponding to the shielding room specifications.

Air Conditioning Shielding Treatment: Shielding treatment for the air conditioning power supply; shielding treatment for signal lines; shielding treatment for the air conditioning three pipes (gas pipe, liquid pipe, drip pipe).

Power supply and distribution systems are designed with cables of appropriate wire diameters and different capacity power filters based on the electrical load of each equipment.

Shielded room communication systems and signal interface devices can accommodate both multimode and single-mode optical fibers, which can be introduced into the shielded room via dedicated fiber optic conduits.

Over 5 types of data cables can be processed and introduced into the shielding room through a shielding interface box (processed with multiple waveguides and copper tube wrapping, supplemented with absorbent materials).

Telecommunications lines entering the shielded room can be equipped with data signal filters.

Interior Decoration: Aluminum-plastic ceiling tiles, aluminum-plastic micro-perforated ceilings, double-sided aluminum-plastic panels, flame-retardant waterproof composite boards, etc. for cladding. The floor is made of static-free steel activity flooring, with floor supports ranging from 110~300mm in height.
