Ultra-High Voltage Test Shielding Room

 Assembled:High-quality galvanized steel sheets are punched into wave-shaped shielding panels, with conductive liners sandwiched in between, joined by resistance spot welding.

 Welding Plate:High-quality galvanized steel sheets are punched and formed into wave panels, with full welding at the back seams.

Performance specifications:Shielding Index: 0.015~1.6MHz ≥60~90dB, in compliance with GB/T30842-2014 standard or as per customer's special requirements; Reverb Time: t<5s (at 500 Hz)

Primary Applications:Applicable to partial discharge tests or impulse tests for cables, transformers, current transformers, high-voltage switches, and various voltage levels (110KV, 220KV, 500KV, 1000KV) of cable accessories.

Structure Composition:1) Shielding Enclosure: Either corrugated panel side pressure structure or modular flat panel side pressure structure, creating a five-sided shielding shell with side pressure using conductive衬垫 for sealing; Shielding base made of hot-dipped steel sheet mesh or steel plate welding; Shielding gate for the object under test; Shielding small door for personnel; Ventilation waveguide windows, filters, and various gas-liquid pipeline connections. Shielding gates are divided into two main types: sliding and lifting. Using flat pressure connection shielding, large-sized shielding doors can be customized according to usage requirements, overcoming the disadvantage of traditional shielding structures that can only be used for small-sized doors due to high dimensional accuracy requirements. The shielding performance is stable, the appearance is aesthetic, the operation is convenient and reliable, with a long service life and low maintenance rate. 2) Due to the particularity of the testing hall, a control room is required to be equipped for housing various tests.
