The sealing packaging machine is mainly composed of the body, ash ejection mechanism, control mechanism, weighing mechanism, bagging mechanism, etc., featuring both automatic and manual bag drop functions.

The Discharging Mechanism: Driven by a 3KW motor, the main shaft impeller rotates, and the rotating impeller discharges the dry powder mortar, which is then transferred into packaging bags through the discharge pipe.

The automatic valve-gate weighing and packaging machine consists mainly of four major parts: the automatic weighing system, conveying equipment, sealing and packaging unit, and a computer controller. It displays the set weight, total number of packages, and operating status. The machine features quick, medium, and slow feeding speeds and a special feeding auger design. It employs advanced digital variable frequency control technology, sophisticated sampling processing, and anti-interference techniques, achieving automatic error compensation and correction to ensure higher weighing accuracy. It is widely used in packaging materials for large and small dry powder mortar production equipment, jointing compound production equipment, insulation mortar equipment, and other simple and fully automatic machinery.
