Work ProcessPlace the ton packaging bag over the feeding spout, hang the four corners of the bag on the cylinder, press the "Allow Feed" button. The pressure cylinder then starts working and seals the bag mouth, expanding the four corners of the bag. The controller automatically removes the weight of the bag. The feeding screw rotates at high speed, quickly filling the material into the bag. Dust escaping with the air in the bag is vacuumed away by the dust collector. As the feeding approaches the set value, the feeding screw slows down and feeds slowly until it reaches the set value, then stops feeding. Error <0.3%. At this point, the pressure cylinder releases the bag mouth, opens the four corners of the bag, and sends the packaging bag to the conveyor belt for timely dispatch.

Note: The above process is an automatic feeding process. The process can also be changed to a manual feeding process by simply placing the "Automatic/Manual" button in the manual position, pressing the "Bag Squeeze (Lift)" button to seal the bag mouth, pressing the "Manual Quick Feed" button for rapid feeding, pressing the "Manual Slow Feed" button when nearly at the set value for slow feeding, and pressing the "Stop" button when at the set value to end the feeding process.
