Work Process

Place the ton packaging bag over the feeding spout, hang the four corners of the bag on the cylinder, press the "Allow Filling" button. The pressure cylinder then starts working, sealing the bag mouth, and the cylinder expands the four corners of the bag. The controller automatically removes the weight of the packaging bag. The feeding spiral rotates at high speed, quickly filling the material into the bag. Dust that overflows with the air in the bag is suctioned away by the dust collector. As the filling approaches the set value, the feeding spiral slows down and adds slowly, stopping when the set value is reached. Error <0.3%. At this point, the pressure cylinder releases the bag mouth, the cylinder releases the four corners of the bag, and the packaging bag is sent to the belt conveyor for timely dispatch.

Note: The above process is an automatic feeding process. The process can also be changed to a manual feeding process by simply placing the "Automatic/Manual" button in the manual position, pressing the "Bag Compression (Lift)" button to seal the bag, pressing the "Manual Quick Feed" button for rapid feeding, pressing the "Manual Slow Feed" button as the set value is approached for slow feeding, and pressing the "Stop" button when the set value is reached to end the feeding process.
